Thank you for shopping with WAFTOP COUTURE. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers within the United Kingdom have the right to cancel their order within 2 days of receiving their goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 2 days of receiving your order by emailing:

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 5 days to return the item(s) to us.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

  • Be free from stains, odours, makeup marks, perfume, or damage caused by the customer.

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Where a product is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Return Shipping

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

We recommend using a tracked postal service as WAFTOP COUTURE cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or

  • Receiving proof that the goods have been returned.

Shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges subject to stock availability.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, the order must be returned in accordance with this policy.
